Supporting young people when it matters most
Northway Education was founded by people with significant experience working with young people. We started the company because we saw a gap for provision that was truly personal and kept schools closely informed — and we built Northway to fill it.
We work one-to-one, never in a crowd. We stay in continuous contact with schools. And we keep Northway deliberately small — because when you know every young person by name, you can do the job properly.

Bespoke One-to-One Mentoring
Every mentoring programme is fully tailored to the individual — their interests, their pace, and their specific needs. Regular sessions with a trained mentor build a consistent, trusted relationship, developing confidence, resilience, and the skills to move forward.
Laying Strong Foundations
Before a young person can re-engage with learning, the essentials need to be in place. Every bespoke programme begins by helping students build the foundations that make everything else possible: confidence, routine, trust in a consistent adult, and the ability to regulate their emotions.
Tailored Alternative Provision
Our alternative provision programmes are individually tailored to each student — not drawn from a standard template. For young people who cannot currently access mainstream schooling, we create a structured, nurturing environment built around their specific needs, focused on re-engagement and a clear route forward.
School Partnerships
We work directly alongside schools to design bespoke support packages that complement existing provision. Every plan is tailored specifically to your students — we don't offer off-the-shelf solutions, and we stay in continuous contact with your team from day one.
